A licence key is how a teacher or a school opens the full classroom resources.
1. Choose a plan
Open Pricing. Pick 1 month, 6 months, a year, the school plan, or lifetime access. For 3 or 6 sites, tick the topics you want. A school or business plan needs the organisation name.
2. Pay by card
The card form is on Stripe’s own page. We do not see or store the card number.
3. Keep the key
After payment the key appears on the confirmation page and is emailed to you. It looks like ESE-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
4. Open the classroom resources
Enter the key on Licence, on Classroom access, or on a topic site when it asks. That opens projects, quizzes, and offline packs on the sites the key covers.
5. Renew the same key
Before a 1-month plan ends we email about 7 days ahead. Before a 6-month or annual plan ends we email about a month ahead. To keep the same key, pay again and paste it into “existing licence”.
Common questions
I have paid. Where is my key?
Copy it from the confirmation page. It is also emailed to the address you typed at checkout. It looks like ESE-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. If the page is blank, refresh it once.
The email has not arrived.
Check junk or clutter, and search for Every School Ever. The key is still on the confirmation page. If both are missing, email help@everyschoolever.com from the address you paid with. Do not send your card number.
Where do I type the key?
Open Licence or Classroom access on this site, or open a topic site and enter the key when it asks. The same key works on each computer in the school.
I entered the key, but I still see the free pages.
The basic pages stay open to everyone. Projects, quizzes, and offline packs open only after the key is accepted, and only on the sites in your plan.
Which sites does my key open?
A 3-site or 6-site plan covers only the topics you ticked. All-sites, school, and lifetime plans cover every topic site. Open Licence, enter the key, and you will see the list and the end date.
The key is not accepted.
Type it exactly, with the dashes and no spaces. On Licence, check the end date. If the date has passed, renew that same key from Pricing. If it still fails, email help@everyschoolever.com and send only the last four characters.
Can another teacher use the key?
Yes. The buyer can use an individual key. A school or business key is for the named organisation, so staff there can use the same key. Do not publish it.
I picked the wrong topics.
Email help@everyschoolever.com with the last four characters of the key and the sites you need. Do not buy a second key unless we ask you to.
How do I renew without losing the key?
Open Pricing, choose the next plan, and paste the current key into “existing licence”. The new payment adds time to that key. It does not create another one.
Can I have a refund?
You may have 14 days to change your mind. If any site covered by the licence is opened after purchase, that right ends and no refund is due. The full rule is on the Legal page.
Do I need a password?
No. The licence key is the way in. There is no separate account to remember.
The card payment did not finish.
Start again from Pricing. You are charged only if Stripe confirms the payment. If money has left the account and there is no key, email help@everyschoolever.com with the date and the email you used. Do not send the card number.
