Privacy statement
Every School Ever is a Scottish business that sells curriculum websites to teachers and schools. This statement covers the sales site. For a privacy question, email help@everyschoolever.com.
If you write to us or buy a licence, we keep the details you type: name, email, role, school or organisation if you give one, the plan, and the sites you choose. The card number is typed on Stripe’s page. We do not store it. We store the licence key so we can email it and check it when a site is opened. We also remember the language you choose on this device.
We use this information to reply to you, take payment, issue and renew a licence, email the key and a reminder before a term ends, and keep a record of the purchase. We do not sell personal information. We share only what is needed with Stripe for the card payment, with the service that sends the email, and with the company that hosts this site. A topic site may send us a key you type so we can say whether it is valid and which sites it covers.
We keep purchase records while the licence lasts and for up to six years after, for tax, refunds, and disputes. You can ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion where the law allows. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. This sales site is for teachers and schools. We do not ask children to create an account here.
Terms and conditions
These terms cover this sales site and the licences sold here for the topic sites. Paying, or sending an enquiry, means you agree to them.
A licence belongs to the person who buys it or, on a school or business plan, to the named organisation. Do not publish the key. The key opens the classroom features — projects, quizzes, offline packs, and unrestricted classroom use — on the sites included in the plan. Basic pages on the topic sites can stay open without a key.
Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown before you pay. Payment is by card through Stripe. The licence starts when the payment succeeds. We email the key to the address you gave. A 1-month, 6-month, or annual plan ends on the date we show. A lifetime plan does not expire. Paying again and giving the same key extends that key. It does not create a second one.
14-day cooling-off period
If you buy as a consumer, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. That right ends, and you receive no refund, if any site covered by the licence is opened after purchase. Opening a site means the digital content has been accessed. By paying, you ask us to supply access immediately and you acknowledge that no refund is due once any included site has been opened. A school or business buying for the organisation may not have this consumer right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Scots law. The Scottish courts have jurisdiction. Nothing here excludes liability that Scots law does not allow us to exclude.
